I don't remember the name (jissho-something) but it's the Rozen Maiden equivalent of yukkuri
Well, unlike yukkuri, this creature is actually retarded, not just stupid, so it's not really a 1:1 version of yukkuri, but it can still be grouped with our talking manjuu

We even have a tag for them: jissouseki.

They're jissous and are loosely based off suiseiseki from Rozen Maiden. I'm going to say they're a good 3-4 years older than yukkuris as they've been around for a while (and the fandom started dying off) when yukkuris started picking up. 2ch has separate channels for each.

Yeah, they had their own community; I'm guessing its died off mostly by now, but it made some good stuff.

I still have a copy of a flash game where you cook up and serve the jissou maggots. (And am still looking for someone who might want to translate it...) There's also somewhere, an old archive of 4chan story threads featuring them, but I have no idea where it is. Also, I have about 900 megs of pics.
