One Yukkuri Place

Translation Request Thread

Posted under General

i hope this thread isn't completely dead but if you guys could translate the pool Abyuse diary by P i would appreciate it

I'm going to ask it here because I don't want to use the comment space of a picture:
What does "hitoyundachi" (and similar) mean?
The "yun" part is not part of the word, but it's used to mean it's related to yukkuri (like "yunsei", from "jinsei")
I have no idea what the original word is, does anyone know?
I've seen the word here post #62641 and at least another comic I can't find

Replace the word yu/yun with hito/jin (人), it'll do magic.

True, and I found it
It's "being independant"
Except here it's not jin/nin but ri...

Yep, that yu/yun can basically be replaced by some variation on how to read the kanji for 人/ person
