On Koyukkuri Names

Someone on the yukkuri thread on 2chan wondered (not a literal quote):

"Reimyu
Maricha
Arishu

What about Chen and Patchouli?"

(Arishu is how japaneses slur Alice, not the english slurring)

I want to extend the question to other yukkuri.
Given that koyukkuri are unable to properly say their name, how would they slur it?

Shen and Pashi. Patchouli is far too long for a ko to say.

I would guess some names would be partially pronounced; say, 'uuka or 'uugi.

I'd imagine they'd stretch the sound, too
"... uuuuka!"
"... uuuuugi!"

I would think that ko Patchis don't really have the lisp. Seeing that they are "so smart".
