Well at this point of my life, I had learnt that you'll always find someone who would be more than willing to eat something you find weird (in this case sweet spaghetti with bean paste), and the screaming part, heh, apply the same logic but in the yukkuri world.

Ooooo! Another person who has declared war on the animal kingdom! How does penguin taste? I've not had it before.
Roaches are surprisingly good, actually. You can capture them by putting a banana peel chunk in a mason jar and greasing up the mouth with vaseline oil, and you can prepare them for eating by putting them in a container with some cornstarch and a little water. Wait a few days for them to eat the cornstarch and poo out whatever crap they had been eating before, then kill them by putting them in the freezer for an hour, soak their bodies in lemon juice or vinegar for an hour to half an hour, wash them, and then fry them up on high heat with some sesame oil. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper on them and you're good to go.

I've had it once on a trip to the South Island on a dare. It's not as tasty as you would think. The closest taste I can compare it too is plain rice, but with the texture of turkey flesh.

Interesting. I would have expected it to taste like fish. Like how wild ducks that eat alot of fish get sometimes.

Replace roaches with yukkuri and somehow we have a not so repulsing image...

Actually, many insects aren't crunchy at all. Larvae of all sorts are quite soft and succulent, and adult butterflies and moths are fat and meaty (probably why yukkuris like to eat them).
Shwarma can really be almost any type of meat though yes lamb is the norm.
I can't imagine myself eating bugs, although I know that a lot of places eat bugs because they are healthy and easier to raise then other livestock.
I prefer tongue, brains, livers, snails, and fish eyes. I would like to try balut, and tarantula.
It is important to go outside of your comfort zone and try something new...having said that I have a fear of bugs so it will be a while before I try to eat them...

It is exactly that. Very meaty, and not a single feather yet developed
