The killings are completely random and seemingly out of nowhere, which suggests this anon acts on impulse without even thinking about it, or otherwise regretting it after the fact. It isn't normal for people to act like that unless they have some very sociopathic tendencies - and if that's the case, he wouldn't just act like this exclusively towards yukkuri. You're looking at animal abuse now, and possibly even hurting other people he comes in contact with.
His work is very good, but the underlying motivation behind the anons' actions is a little bit scary.
