Wow. Marisa actually said something sensible in defense of her life, instead of displaying selfishness or threatening the Anon. She was trying to appeal to Anon's sense of the inherent value of life. That shows a surprising bit of maturity and understanding on her part.
Of course, this is an abyuse story, so Anon is a prick by default. Better luck in the next life, little manjuu.
Abyusers have made that logic as just a "convenient excuse" for the yukkuri.
Others take the path where yukkuri speech is just like dogs barking that happens to sound like human language. But like we don't understand what dogs are speaking, we also don't understand what yukkuri are speaking. It sounds like words we know, but the meaning is different.

The guy is a garbage colector, so watch this from his perspective. At this point killing strays its more a non paid part of his job because they keep destroying bags.

I'd have left them alone if they were just living off trash and not invading homes. But I can see why mister garbage collector was pissed, he must've had a long day too :)

Yukkuri possess a significant portion of the characteristics of life. They may be a non-living thing with some of the characteristics of life, like a virus, or exist in a "gray area." This doesn't really have a bearing on the morality of abyuse, though -- there are plenty of living things that it's not normally considered morally wrong to harm or kill, and no-one questions that morality of killing a virus.
That said, as a quick tip, "J*p" is a racial slur, so you should really look into using another term.

But it's really light hearted word and it offends almost no one. I've met Japanese people who call themselves "japs" Just be glad he's not saying "gooks" or something.
And on your other comment, I personally consider Yukkuris to be some kind of unicellular organism.
A bit of semi necro, you should take in consideration that the whole "we are living things!" tend to be used in a very convenient way and without really understanding it.
What I mean by that? Simple, they don't apply the same standard while they kill, eat, bully, torture, rape, etc., other beigns, as much make a stink about a yu harming a yu but that's about it, unless they are good yu's they give rat ass about anything but themselves. So the "we are living things so don't hurt us!" is usually more of a excuse, not like they really understand well what that imply, only another form of trying to somehow avoid death, same way with the half assed, not understanding what they did wrong or realizing they were in the wrong, apologizes, etc.
Another point is that you can be a living beign but that won't stop other things from hurting or killing you, that's just how things work, so even if life is somewhat respected, no life is safe from harm and danger.
Of course not implying this bunch are scum but it was more how the line is deeply ingrained into Yukkuri's Magical Programming, after all they literally are Food Golems so a great deal of their knowledge or kinks can be traced back to some asshole wizard either making them like this or modifying them from a nice wizard who may had originally made them more like kind spirits in a FFish way.
Moral of the Story, Wizards are assholes who can't take it easy!
