Yukkuri stories follow the above two patterns nicely. Like a set on Earth sci fi series where you get either a-Mad Scientist or B-alien invasion story.
I just wish there was an exploration series, a yu-wagon train/ farmer yukkuri or something like that
Not every man has to reinvent the wheel, as they say. Creativity is hardly dead with the violence either, there's plenty of effort that goes into making the pictures and there's always different ways and techniques to do it. Non-violence on the other hand, is even more cliched and predictable. But that's what I think, anyway.
I believe the story is as interesting as the author makes it. Both abuse story and family friendly ones have potential, but some people like one type more than others.
Exactly. It's just OPINIONS. It seems like most people figured out we'd get along a lot better if we just ignored stuff we don't like rather than saying 'this is boring crap' or complaining about it, after all the arguments on older pictures. I'm quite inclined to agree (especially with something about personal tastes).
