Funnily enough, "he" (if Kiriraitaa's even male to begin with) does not seem to do Touhou doujins. There's some RO fanart under the Kirisui name floating around the imageboards that seems to fit Kiriraitaa's style, plus I recall someone mentioned before (one of our Japanese users, I think) that Kiriraitaa works as an assistant under other well-known mangaka.
