Hm? Dead reimus's braid's color has changed? A mistake or somethinh else? I don't get it...

See post #49341, minus the part where kodeibu was about to be squashed by mama deibu (that's the marisa's imagination/nightmare).

    FUCK THE POLICE!

    ...

Literally, Lez OL, You Should Fuck The Police, it's a bodied Flandre, probably your type!

Judging from the bodied MOGE Flandre's reactions (and expression of familiarity), I have a sneaking suspicion that Aneko here already did.

I don't believe that it is. The indoctrination of pet yukkuris to believe wild yukkuris is uneasy is nothing new, sure. But such indoctrination doesn't require the pet yukkuris to kill another yukkuri before receiving their badge.

You're saying that it makes sense in context of the setting but you haven't supported that statement at all. What about the setting before this suggests specifically that the pet yukkuris were tested by having them kill another yukkuri?

You're seriously asking for other instances of such methods in other stories when I've already clarified that this is the sort of thing you expect in {hy835230}'s world.

And then you pull off this

I've only seen that kind of thing in Hourai's Training Badged Yukkuri series about platinum badges.

...No offense to Hourai, but really, now.

Even if you insist, I'm not even going to bother looking for them. Here, have a link to the story archive: http://www26.atwiki.jp/ankoss/ Have fun.

I think Marisa just realized that she killed her own relative, and miss goes like "lol there shithead yukkuris that dont deserve to live" and then marisa goes outsdie and then gets mega owned by a mister human and then miss turns evil and then joins in. Then miss and mister gets married and have kids and torture some moar yukkuri

I think you're getting a little too far ahead of the story. On the other hand, that (meaning Marisa guilty over imagining what happened to her family, then going out on a stroll relieves her stress by unknowingly making her relatives "take the big easy forever") would make what happens next even more ironic.

If the translation proves my theory right, it would be a ironic cycle reaching it's end.

To paraphrase another commenter, this is the sort of epic karma (the jury's still out if there's justice involved, but hey) that's usually told in classic stories.

Wouldn't you need to leave the yu's in alcohol for a loooooong time until it kicks in? I think that would melt the yu or worse if there is some other negative effect on pastries being in alcohol for so long.

At least the medical alcohol, dunno if there are negative outcomes for manjuu's being put in wine and similar stuff, but I doubt that would kill the mold.

Mix some orange juice concentrate, and you should be good to go. See anko2992 for specifics.

But none of them have... well...

Wait till you see what's on the next page :x

Actually, that too is to be expected.

Gold badge =/= Nicehead. That's just how hy835230's world works.

In fact, I believe this might be a criticism on the badge system--everyone automatically assumes that a badged yukkuri signifies a "good" yukkuri. In a way, yes, but in the sense on how convenient they are to humans.

AND THEN MISS TURNS SO UNEAJY THAT SHE TORTURES THE GOLD BADGEDN YUKKURI AND THEN ENJOY THERE CRYS OF AGONY

I remember that story! pool #250

    Truly a classic.

    At pissing me off.

But he doesn't. We know from the last few pages that Little Marisa goes on to be sold to a kind Miss who lets her sleep in a warm bed and hugs her when she cries.

Except marisa wasn't. The "Kind Miss" was one of the shelter workers. She didn't (couldn't?) keep the koyukkuri in the end.
