I wonder if the bottom frame is from the perspective of the koyukkuri in soon-to-be-deceased-mini-reimu's belly? I can see the hilarity drawn out some more by replaying what's about to happen (and you know very well what Moron Anon's about to do, assuming the bottom frame is a flashback).

Psycho marisa already killed boss marisa at the very beginning of the story, but in assuming boss' position marisa literally became boss, consciously "forgetting" her former identity yet subconsciously drawn to continue her "work". This would be why boss was quick to slaughter all the children without a second thought at the first opportunity.

Dexter was throwing out sequel hooks that you're shooting down. Just because it doesn't happen doesn't mean nobody's allowed to speculate on how they'd like to see them continued.
