Gaoo's a big twisted tsundere who has the hots for mentally (not physically) torturing the children Touhous the most. And he'd also make a great villain.
Similarties with Heart-Throbbing Koakuma are kind of uncanny. Except that Koakuma's love for Patchy has made her far more evil. And she has a forked tongue(symbolism since she's basically "The Devil" of entire tragedy)

The face doesn't look like a yukkuri, it looks like Suwako. Unfortunately, a head painting of Suwako doesn't make it a head tattoo of a yukkuri. I vote nay.
