Ginkgo is a type of tree in Asia/Japan with seeds that are highly allergenic, pretty smelly, and have very tough shells around their seeds. The nut you see in the lower half of the picture is causing Marisa to have a horrific allergic reactions of hives and swelling in the eyes, and probably broke a lot of her teeth as she tried to munch munch on on it.
