First part: Japanese voice actors don't hesitate to swallow some baloon helium for proper high-pitched chibi speech, rather than ask some invited guy make the voice post-act modification.

Second part:
Almost decade later, I can objectively, without being a USA resident, say: NOW DeviantArt is worse: it fails in "Request IP cannet be received" manner really often, probably because "more like this" feature takes a large amont of traffic yet they show that feature at every pic by default...

    I am starting to think Yukkuri kind is so "disgustingly adorable" that there are lots of "children" at their teens, who would love to see such "how to kill pests" comics.
