Glad its back, and thanks for your work on this. I love the site and am glad to know someone is watching it. Additionaly, is the site run from donations? I would be happy to add my $ to keep it going.

Since you mentioned it, though, I whitelisted this site in AdBlock.
One of the ads I saw was for a calendar full of serial killers. It tells you something about this site's users.

Or the usual misintepretation of outsiders about OYP, after all, that kind of adds aren't choosen by the site owners but the Ads companies and whoever buys their spaces.
Just check the incident between Chris-chan, his personal wiki (not the "fans" one) and the ads it used, someone trolled the guy by paying the ads sites to post on his site only gay related ads, you bet he didn't like it, he being homophobe and everything.
Besides, i always get Ads about pins and badges

Project Wonderful does not, AFAIK, do the kind of site tracking that the big advertisers do; they don't tailor ads to individuals based on what sites you've been to. (That generally being the only way they can tailor those ads; it's always funny because I get a bunch of ads for MMO's all the time, and they're the MMO's I already play and thus don't need to be advertised to...) I believe they might tailor based on geographic area, but that's it.
The ad that you see is whatever the highest bidder decided to put there...

Hmm you get mmo's, i get pins, badges and even webcomics, SUN gets serial killers calendars, Poweryoga gets moustaches.

There is nothing wrong, it's just that, because of the nature of comments and forums, we can't post that image macro of the guy with the moustache going "BRILLIANT" and that's a big screw up! >=O

Well, that does explain a lot. I get MMOs as well, along with webcomics... and porn.
I blame sites like sankakucomplex for the last one.
