An Official Discord Page

So, with what I heard about the Pixiv chat basically eating dirt for good, I dunno if we have anything similar to it, so what I would propose is that the OYP also makes a Discord. Free, is multi-platform so you can have it where you want, and has text AND voice chat. I don't think creating one yet without confirmation of the members is a good idea yet, but I'm strongly in favor of having a Discord channel for this site. Actually allows members to chat even on their mobile phone while their away from their computers so they can chat. Of course, I dunno if we have another thing that's running like an IRC.

I'd like to have some kind of chat. Mibbit is okay, but has no kind of feedback to let me know anyone's online.

Aight. I'd like the idea of it, but I am bordering on asking Poweryoga if it's a good idea in his book. Doubt it's gonna get popular where it just dies out within a week.

Well, the good thing about Discord is that it has the persistent chat history... so it can become kind of like tag.

I have the server up, right now I'm adding everything. Channels, and whatnot. So it should be ready within a few.

The main issue Mibbit presented is that we actually have to be on at the same time. Discord negates that.
