OYP allows multiple accounts nowadays?
I suspect at least one person is using multiple accounts to troll. Can the dosu check the IP addresses of the users?
It would not surprise me a long time user has been creating new accounts in order to start crap but is using a different handle because he's protecting his/her reputation.

If I recall correctly, months before I joined, OYP had one sock puppet user (not naming names) trying to dodge a ban while annoying and attacking the staff.

I still have a PM from Dosu from a similar issue in the past. You should send a PM with specifics.
Semi related but if you want a giggle look at the public list of site bans. Once you get past the literal spam boots you'll see some of the most obvious alt names possible. Occasionally some of those users come back.
We allow multiple accounts because people forget their act/pwd and can't be assed to msg me to reset it (and the reset link doesn't really work tbh), but I really haven't seen much trolling recently. If they're trolling and it's obvious who it is, give me a pm and I'll look at it. Otherwise some older users have at least 2/3 accounts off the top of my head.
