Big G has a very tolerable art style but most of his stories are the edgy-you-will-suffer-for-being-a-yukkuri-that-has-no-hope-to-change-for-the-better.

I am sure you are well aware of takumi by now. He makes the most well drawn, highly detailed and labor-intensive yukkuri comics. He is highly predictable at this point though and I think his creativity has run dry or he is pandering to his audience more and more. Some of his older works are actually quite good in depicting nicer and more reasonable yukkuri.

Personally, I do not see the appeal of drawn out torture sequences in any story I watch or read even if I can reason that the victim actually deserves it.
It all seems so trashy having to wade through pages of torture porn when you get to the end page and realize that the plot was awful and those pages were just put in because the author lacks the creativity to make an interesting and coherent story.
It is a lot like any fiction with beautiful characters with plenty of titillating situations but horrible plot progression and resolution that is so prevalent today.
