I clicked on one of their link but the sites said "nothing found" or sort of.
Don't click their links! You can get infected with malware if your pc protection is not perfect.
But most likely it's just SEO-related spam, trying to raise value of those websites in Google's eyes making it look as it's being cited in the internet. Links are broken due to markup of this forum, which they did not account for, that's why you see "nothing found".

If the links are broken then I guess I'm safe?
What are the best softwares to clean malwares? I'm using Malwarebytes.

Links failed to deliver you specific page content, but general website logic that may include this was loaded and executed.
Sorry, I'm not security specialist to give a proper advice.
I personally use Avast, but there may be a better one, of course. However, I don't recommend Symantec/Norton due to the company's notoriety of hiring engineers to create viruses.
First of all, don't click on obvious malware websites, especially ones from spam bots. That's just stupid. Even if it looks like nothing is happening they can have background scripts that automatically install/hijack if your browser is out of date or a million other things.
off-topic:
You shouldn't use symnatec or norton because they're garbage bloatware that suck, not because they hire virus writers (which every single anti-virus company does because they need people with fresh perspective on how to exploit different vectors of attack).
