I feel pushy opening a new thread for this, so I'll use this topic-less thread to remind people to check the google group (linked in the wiki) and invite people to try their hands at writing silly yukkuri tales.
Please don't say you can't write... I can't either but still wrote more than 10 things...

Anways before it went bad, this morning I was making a post about thanking you for this thread. As I have a lot to say but I dont want to clutter the forum with my dumb questions.

I'd like to give a big thank-you to all the uploaders and translators that have been keeping this site alive lately: @coolyo294, @EasyDeibu, @EasyV, @ldel, @Makerlinger, @MidnightCthulhu, @Ruukasu, @TosylChloride, @Yuno, @yubante, and whoever else I missed because the site's report pages are busted. If I said thanks on everything that's been uploaded or translated since last time I signed in I'd be banned for spamming, so I'll say it here instead. You guys can really take it easy.

Thank you for @me. Actually I come from China, and I am doing some Chinese-English translation here. I have got permission from a Chinese translation group “半生不熟” which specialize in yukuri comic. I can upload their Chinese-translted work to OYP and translate it into Engish. I will start easily...

I just wrote howto:pools. It's a page linked in the pool creation page (the pool guidelines link.)
Hopefully people will read it before making a pool.
Also, I just discovered there is no howto:upload page. I'll create it probably tomorrow. Again hopefully, people will read it at least once before uploading something.

Thank you for this EasyV, I make a few drawings but I'm always unsure on how to upload like how I tag them and stuff, but I also lack a lot of knowledge on how to do a lot of stuff on OYP so uhhh... but I will definitely read it when you make it.
And ,,,they dont really get uploaded because I'm shy but that doesnt matter

About tagging, there's a howto:tag page, though I don't remember from where it's linked (I'll of course add a link to it in the upload howto page.)
About other "guidelines and howtos", just look for links near buttons and other "control panel"-like features.
For example, at the bottom of every textbox when writing a comment or a forum post, there is a link to the help:dtext wiki page, showing how to format text.
If you start looking for them and find some link pointing to a page that does not exist, just report it here or something. It will be created at some point.

That would be awesome! Thank you so much. And if you are ever not confident in your english, you can just translate as good as you can and some english-natives here will correct it.

I'm not english-native either and the only time people had something to say about it was when I wrote a story on the google group.
