EDIT: The bulk update request #35 (forum #14122) has been approved by @EasyV.

I can't approve this one because I'm getting an error unrelated to wiki pages or anything else.
It's probably an issue with the software itself, so until I manage to fix it I suggest avoiding using BURs for category changes.
Go to the actual posts and manually change the tag.
