Also: should snake refer to an actual snake, or the guy from Metal Gear?
I think that a snake would be tagged by the content tag "snake", while Snake would be tagged by a character tag "snake_(metal_gear)".
Also: the mario character tag is currently being treated as a copyright tag.

Anonymous is a decentralized collective. Also, their "suit without a head" emblem is filed under Creative Commons.
