The bulk update request #74 has been approved by @EasyV.
rename tarinai -> premature_yukkuri
"tarinai" or "足りない" is not a term used specifically in Simyukkuri.
That's how Japanese call premature / defected / retarded yukkuris.

Didn't nowadays we use premature_yukkuri as a way to prefer yukkuri that hasn't been born yet? About the retard/buri/birth_defect stuff, shouldn't we use those?

I'll changing the bulk request to retard since it covered more situations.
i think we should just keep it as a way to differentiate it from buri and premature yukkuri.

buri and premature_yukkuri have their unique meanings, but tarinai does not when compared to retard.
I don't see any necessity of isolating these tags if their meanings are basically consistent.
Instead of an implication I'm going to make this a rename as tarinai is literally the "premature yukkuri", except in a few situations that can be covered by retard and similar.
