I thought it was time we established an exclusive thread for discussing everyone's favorite yukkuri-themed game.

So, does anyone know about recent developments with regards to the game?
Is the project still active?

I actually never got a chance to playing this except for the very first version. What has happened since then? I saw a lot of differences but when I was playing it there was not much to do besides feeding it.
I think we lost track of it's development or maybe the proyect was cancelled outside of some "mods" as in different "custom yukkuariums" and other random stuff.
The last proper update I recall was, aside of adding a few types, the inclusion of baby yu's and the ability to take a way everybody's accessory (but you couldn't destroy it or anything so if you dropped it they would recover it).

The file names are ゆっくりうむ.zip (Yukkuri Tank) and ゆっくりうむ20110729(キャラ差し替え版).zip (Yukkuri Tank - Chen and Ran version).
The first one had the default reimu and marisa, as well as a yuka-nyan (yuka-chen) and penisanae (raper sanae) as choosable yukkuri. The second one swaps out the reimu and marisa for chen and ran, as well as removing the penisanae for a more generic yuuka.
I also recalled an early build using a patchouli and an alice, but I haven't seen any updates with those skins.
Wasn't there also a version that contained koyukkuri?
I had a koyukkuri version on my computer, but I rarely used it. I used it mainly for torture purposes.
Can someone verify if this game allows for yukkuri breeding? In one of the screenshots in the linked image, a Reimu and Marissa couple can be seen with their children, and the Reimu is bearing a stalk. Is this simply creative use of custom image files, or can the yukkuri in this game actually breed and reproduce?

No, you can only define prestablished babies from the beginnning, they can't breed or make more.
Basically you can tell the game what kind of yukkuri group you want "all adults?", "2 adults and 2 ko's?" "4 ko's and 2 baby yu's?" If you check the latest version that was posted recently you'll see that the maximum is 8 yu's (disregarding their size).

Shame there doesn't seem to be any games involving raising and breeding yukkuri yet. Yukkurarium is the closest so far, hopefully someone works on taking things the next step.
