You know those custom t-shirt makers you see online? What if we made some yukkuri t-shirts? (assuming yukkuris or touhou in general is copyright free here in america). The money can go to help pay for OYP's bills.
Of course 2 designs that are a must are the original reimu and marisa saying "take it easy!" and a shirt like the anon in "House Yu" wears that says "YUN YAH".

Afaik it's copyrighted material.
But since there are things like Naburo (the most interesting, copyright-related Naruto ripoff) there shouldn't be a problem.
What about "Yurruki: tayk it eesy?" plus a red haired Marisa and a Reimu with fake moustache and a Pikachu cameo?
On a t-shirt it would immediately become a bestseller.

CMIIW, Zun never really have any problem with non-commercial Touhou derived works. The one I remember he had problem is if Touhou is made into commercial anime (don't want it to become like mainstream, perhaps). Another is when a TCG project turns into commercial project.
If it's kept out of commercial scale, don't see any reason he will have problem with it.
Fans can already made Touhou dakimakura and sell it in doujin events in Japan.
As for the folks in 2ch... they're just bunch of Anon.
Nice thought but I don't think I'd ever wear it in public. Maybe if the material is nice I'd wear it as PJs.

I think you may have to pay for those shirts, people dont staple things into clothes for free, i guess.
