tag help

1. How does one "upload" a new tag? I have created a few tags in my life, but they don't appear on my profile.

2. How does one create tag implications? Do I need to request it in the tag alias sticky?

1. Go to http://yukkuri.shii.org/user/edit and add the tags to "Uploaded tags".

2. Only admins can make tag implications, so yes, you'll have to request them in that thread.
