Tag Alias: artist___noraaki -> noraaki

Aliasing artist___noraaki -> noraaki.

Reason: Or vice versa.

I don't know why but someone split the tags.

most of the artist tags are like this. Will do mass-edits to fix this slowly.

I was in the middle of changing all those tags manually.

The first time around when I really wanted to do it, my mouse wheel broke (a long image, a long text translation, the edit section in the middle, ugh) and I decided to call it quits for the night. Not as motivated at the moment though I will probably finish it all eventually.

Think that's admin-only privilege. Don't change the tags manually, give me a list and I'll go through it slowly. I did a few to test initially and it seems to work well enough.

So, I'm guessing the artist___* tags will be edited soon. That's good to know. Thanks in advance.
