tag implications suggestions

I'll suggest tag implications here since I don't wanna be a deibu and clog the tag request sticky

anyway, a couple more

badge = pet_yukkuri
untranslated = translation_request

Untranslated implying translation_request would likely interfere with translation_available... You can get the same result with untranslated -translation_available. And maybe there are some pics that no one really cares about the translation..

Likewise, just because they have a badge, doesn't mean they're a pet. They could have stolen it, it could be a fake, etc.

and some pet yukkuris aren't shown to have badges. I think these should stay separate for now.

Also untranslated means any raw picture that has japanese in it, and doesn't necessarily mean people want it translated.

I disagree with this. Too dumb to live implies a higher grade of stupidity than just dumbass. Dumbass can have a wide range of connotations from mildly moronic to incredibly stupid.

Well, but if you're too_dum_to_live you are for sure a dumbass.

Implication adds an additional tag instead of replacing the existing one so i'm ok with this implication.

Same with dog cat -> animal... but ants are not animals strictly speaking. >_>

Actually, animal is an umbrella term that more or less refers to anything that isn't a plant; this includes insects.

Obviously, going by that logic would mean that every thing would implicate animal, so it would be best to reserve that for cats and other mammals, and ants would implicate insect or bug. Spiders and things would be included under insect/bug for simplicity's sake even though they aren't insects.

Mushrooms are fungi, not animals. I should have been a little more specific when I said, "everything that isn't a plant," I guess.

To add to this, there's also the partial_translation and check_translation tags.

That's right. Watch as your paradigms collapse around you!

More importantly, I said mushrooms weren't animals, which they aren't, but both animals and fungi are grouped under the opisthokonta kingdom so...

Also, animal specifically refers to vertibrates(humans,mammals, and other things with spines), molluscs(clams, squid, and the like), arthropods(millipedes,spiders,crabs, and other general insect like things), annelids(earthworms and leeches), sponges, and jellyfish. I think there are plenty of things I didn't list, but the point is that as far as science is concerned you're grouped into the same category as Spongebob Squarepants.

That's not a bright side! I miss JusticeItEasy's beautiful walltexts. =(

Whatever happened to him? He was here since before I started lurking here, and suddenly he just vanished.

I could certainly provide an unnecessarily long post on yukkuri's place in the animal kingdom.
