I have the same issue, both on Bluestacks and Droid4x. No idea what causes it, and the game worked fine before the 0.1b updates. Can't find any sort of solutions anywhere.

I haven't played the game before 0.1b, but I can confirm that I'm having the same issue. The trees, the interior and the yukkuri are all black.
Another update went out today, I think, with the only note "fixed texture option" or something like that. Still, though, the issue persists for me on both emulators, so I'm wondering if it's just something in the newer versions of the game that's disagreeing with my computer in some way.
Weird side-note, the developer put his entire Youtube channel, where he was posting new feature videos, to Private the other day.

I loaded 0.1a is not black , I was puzzled .
0.1b4 fixed most of the texture issues. Still occasionally see black textures while using the "praise" feature.
He must have updated it again, mine says it's 0.1b5 now. Some textures still not working (vegetation and transparent doors), but yukkuri are fixed so I can deal with it now, at least. This is on Bluestacks, I haven't tried Droid4x.

This bug seems to occur with the latest version of unity(5.2.x). And old devices.
I will change to the old version

You mean when they're saying "Sleepy..."?
I think that's just a precursor to them dozing off. Not sure, though, as the ones in my house now sleep so often I'm starting to wonder if I should alarm clock them once in awhile.

No, they'll say "I'm feeling lethargic..." and turn grey and no amount of orange juice, food or praise will shake them out of it. Eventually, they'll pass away.

Ah. I haven't had one do that, save for when I tried Scold a bunch to see what happens (they turn grey also, but you get "boohoo" or my body hurts," etc). My guess is it's just a yukkuri hitting the age limit and dying naturally or something.

I'd think that, but I've also had koyukkuri do it, too.

The game actually downgraded versions of Unity because of this, according to the change logs.

Must be, because I've had no fewer than 4 grown yus and 3 kos develop lethargy and, within a day or two in-game time, die. Kinda sad seeing them suffer like that.
I saw a couple like that in the park when I checked on things today, and yeah I couldn't fix it. Maybe it's just another stage past hungry/starving or something.

Actually, even if the yukkuri are well fed they still get it..not sure whats causing it, sweets, food, orange juice, nothing snaps them out of the state and all that can be done is to kill them or watch them slowly suffer...lost a bunch of yukkuri that way.
I re-DLed this game and see it's got a few more options than when it first dropped. I have a few questions that maybe somebody will know about.
1) I've thrown yukkuri into the trashcans and see they start producing a cloud of dust and leaves. Actually, there are two different clouds. One is gray and one is brown. I think the brown is farting. But when they make a dust storm, a pink tennis shoe appeared in the trash can. I've seen the shoes and a pacifier on the ground, also. Do yukkuri fart/shit these items into existence?
2) I saw a small gray ball hovering around a yu I threw into the trash. What is that supposed to be/mean? I didn't notice any dialogue that made me think it was anger or depression.
3) When I throw more than one yukkuri into the trash, eventually I'll hear "pero-pero". Are they eating something or each other?
