Can anyone tell me why my yukkuris get mold soon after bringing them home? There is no waste anywhere within my yukkarium yet every single yu i brought in catches mold a few hours later despite cleaning them and status screen says they are healhty.

So, the main text that pops-up when you click on things is actually an image. It's a .bmp file called "fukano". Don't know where else to put this but here's the rest of the text:

今は出来ないだろう : Can't do it now

I can't seem to hear you in a dream

It would be dangerous to go now

I can't decide what to aim for...

If you do it now, you'll get wet

It doesn't seem to be the case

I feel like I'm going to hurt myself

Tools are likely to break

Can only deal with one at a time

The Cooler is full

It will become garbage and throw it away

It's good to see a completed yukkuri game. I bought it recently and had fun playing it. Big thanks to @MissInaba for the translation.

In term of discipline, how do you effectively lower scuminess? I have been flicking/slapping the yukkuri with the scolding toggle on whenever it refuses to train until it complied, but it would seem like either the punishment doesn't lower scuminess or it doesn't lower it enough to offset the increase in scuminess from the yukkuri refusing to train; the scuminess actually went up by the end of the day after many trainings.

"Treat like Scum," or the icon with the shit ontop of the marisa, is the thing to do for lowering scum value. If they say 'want sweet-sweets,' or they're the strongest or a princess, etc. then you use that command on them. That will lower scumminess slowly. If they finish eating a bowl of food, and they ask for desert or sweets, then you just scold them there and that will lower their scummines as well. Building up the abyuse bonus score helps with scum-correction. But it's a bit hard.

Thanks, I was able to look a bit into the JP wiki of the game. That action only works if affection is >0 and it may work better when the affection is high according to the JP wiki.

I've read that there is a technique that can be learned from the abyuse shop, which destroys the core directly. Any idea how to get it?

Also, I was able to build up the scum correction bonus by going into battery saver mode to run the game in slow mo. It seems like the maximum bonus is 20 points, which is at around 1000 combos.

Another discovery, outside of physical punishment or treat as scum, with the scold toggle on, right clicking anywhere in the tank would switch to a scolding action that doesn't have an icon. When that's used, left clicking on yukkuri would scold them and correct their behavior. For example, when a yukkuri is about to poop outside of toilet, scolding them would make them go poop in the toilet and they would remember to do that even if their intelligence isn't sufficient. When a yukkuri is about to eat, you can also scold them to make them wait for other yukkuris. If they try to protest before/after meal, scolding them would make them accept the food/no sweet-sweet.

The skill from the abyuse shop is learned when you bring him a yukkuri that has a really high Health stat. The wiki says something like 1400+ but I have no idea how to get it that high. Maybe luxurious food and the extended life option from the shrine?
