I want to make a comic of this. Who do I give credit as an author?

This was one of the best stories I've ever encountered and I tear up reading it each time I read it and I really want to make a comic about it so does anyone know who wrote this masterpiece? I know poweryoga did that translation but I would really want to honor the one who wrote it or at least reference the actual anko where it is from.

Back before the anko-series, a lot of authors posted their yukkuri stories in various other sites and formats with tags/whatnot. I vaguely remember this was pulled off from a taiwanese site along with a bunch of other stuff in various translated and untranslated states.

From what I can find this is archived below, the original site is long gone, and the author is anon as usual.

Using the accreditation "ゆっくりの寿命は短い" is probably good enough, it's a fairly concise search.
