Tag Alias: tsuburambo -> artist___tsuburambo

Posted under General

Yeah, but other than the heavy artists the only artist tags I can find are the ones I stumble upon randomly.

Even when I DO find them, I'm not even sure if they're artist tags, some hold over from the previous website or just a glitch. Like the tag "000". With 46 posts, I'm not touching that thing until someone explains it.

Oh and any info on when we can remove pictures from a pool?

I was going around changing the tags because there was some kind of problem with his tag being in all caps before the switch and being unable to make new tags link to the same images. Also, the artist___ irritates the hell out of me, so recently when an artist uploads something, I've been trying to update the tag just to the artist:name already.

And then I killed all the artist___tsuburambo tags.

@Yukiyuzen

When you're at a pool's page, there's an option called "Delete Mode." Click on that and remove the pictures (If you hop to a different page of the pool, you have to click it again).

I've taken the liberty of mass-editing all of the artist___omanjuuaki entries over to omanjuuaki, and have converted the revised tag to a proper artist: tag.

I tried that. I get the message : "Error: You cannot remove from pools within your first week of registering"

I've been registered for over a week and I've waited a week before trying to delete pictures from pools that I created myself. Still doesn't work.

Ah, you already mass edited to plain omajuuaki?

We should really be converting all of these artist(one to three underscores)name tags to artist:(name) tags, since they automatically alias if just the name is put in.

That's what I thought as well, but a while ago it was posted that there were tagging problems in the system, and not to do so until they were cleared. There hasn't been an update about it so I've been assuming it hasn't been solved.
