Resizing images

Some images are too small e.g.

is there any way they can be viewed at original size with overlays?

That particular image is a compilation of several smaller images; it has not been shrunk, that's its original size.

This is really weird.
If you log out, the image halves its size.

Oh.. Didn't know it did that. Anyway, on the left, in the Statistics area, click once on the Size. That should expand it to the full size.
