In the meantime, for those interested, here's a summary of what happens before this chapter:
There's a new medicine (advertised by Eirin herself!) that stops yukkuri from having little ones, as long as you keep feeding it to them (you just need to put it in the food or in the water), and Mister uses it on his pet Reimu
Being the good yukkuri she is, Reimu begins refreshing with a random stray Marisa, and since she can't have babies, she doesn't have to worry about anything and can keep refreshing
Marisa, sucked of all of her life force from the endless refreshing, wants babies and so Reimu kills it
Then Mister gets a nice Alice as a companion for Reimu, and while they sleep he uses a medicine to change Alice into a raper (she uses all of her paste when she refreshes and dies)
But by then, he had stopped using the medicine, so all the foreign paste Reimu has accumulated (a good chunk of Marisa + all of Alice) does its work, and this is where this chapter begins

In the second chapter, Reimu took a stray Marisa home, which, predictably, was a shithead. Anon was pissed, and gave them one condition: to have children in a single night, lest Marisa got taken to the factory. So the two yukkuri had sex all night long in hope that Marisa will get her ticket to stay, but due to the drug's effect, no babies came out. Reimu was visibly angry at the seemingly impotent Marisa as they hurled insults at each other, and Reimu killed the Marisa with no remorse.

You got several points off: first, she didn't know about the fact that she was on contraceptives then (only revealed in this chapter), and she refreshed with the intention of having children to keep the Marisa. Secondly, Reimu killed the Marisa because of the allegation of impotence, not because the stray wanted to have babies.
