Don't hate Z-aki... With anything tagged "edit", the artist tags refer to the artists whose works were used, not necessarily the artist who actually put them together.
This is doubly true when you see the コラだよ Yukkuri tag in the picture... That is the mark used to explicitly say, "This was edited!" (I also think it was and possibly still is the artist mark of the guy who started doing these, but I think he might have released the mark for general usage.)
