^ Well, the other branch were Alices, mostly. Preemptive Marisa rape recovery defense? Still, the Patchouli didn't have to be flattened so maybe this is just another case of Marisa being a jerk.
No clue what the sounds are. It's probably the Japanese "sprouting" sound.
Panel 9: Marisa: Yuhhehhe Patchouli: Mukyu!?
Panel 10: Marisa: Die easy! (Or drop dead easy, if you'd prefer) Patchouli: Mugyuu!! (Slurred, obviously)
Panel 11: Marisa: Yuhhehhe! Marisa: To be able to give birth to Marisa's babies is certainly a joyful thing (ze)! Accept it with thanks and think/grow heavy! Patchouli: Mugyu~~! Muggyu~~n!
The last Marisa sentence is odd. "omotte" is the te-form of "omou", which can either mean "think/feel" or "get heavy/serious". Another possible translation might be "think about accepting it with thanks". Or "think about appreciating it".
Any input for any of my screw ups would be nice. Too bad I don't have the time to deal with the more kanji-heavy posts.
