However nobody should forget that the real Yuuka Kazami is "a true example of a youkai", (meaning she is overall hostile to all humans and has no problem with eating human flesh) is a sadist, which is almost canon, and finally has a badass Twin Spark. That's not moe at all.
Cats are at their cutest when terrorizing their prey (e.g. a bird). Same goes with Yuuka - she's the most attractive when tearing the throat out of one human while lifting up another human 100 ft with a giant sunflower to let him drop.

Yeah... no.
Everything you just listed is fanon and has no basis beyond fan "speculation" (and by speculation I mean random crap people just made up). Yuuka at worst only teases people by whooping their ass in a danmaku match or smacktalking them prematch. That's hardly sadism or people-eating.
People tend to exagerate the dark aspects of Tohou, the reality is that the "dark" side of Touhou is way tamer than a great deal of the fandom works with dark themes.
Yeah, ZUN likes to keep details like those extremely vague, my main guess is that he is too drunk or not drunk enough to care and just let them fans make up stories with all the liberty he gives them.
