Last one for tonight. Expect the first pages of my comic to be posted Tuesday/Wednesday. I would of posted the pictures I just posted earlier, but events this weekend conspired against me. I hope for feedback, be it positive or negative, and I would like it to be known that I look forward to my future on oneyukkuriplace.
1. The more 'realistic' one. The Remi's are about to eat the Reimu's, but are smart about it and haven't announced 'I'm gonna eat you~', so the Reimu's haven't noticed them.
2. The one I actually think is happening, despite the 'unrealism'. The Remi and Reimu are Mates, and are playing with their kids. Thing is, I think this would be the FIRST EVER Remi-Reimu pairing in the yukkuri fandom, if the above is true; because I certainly don't remember seeing any other image with that pairing. Of course, they may just be friends, like the Reimu and Remi from the Wolf and the Seven Yukkuri fanfic....
There was one Reimu/Remila comic made early on, but most people have forgotten about it. Also, from what I've seen ReimuxRemilia in canon is 2nd/3rd most popular pairing when it comes to Reimu. One would think the yukkuri fandom would reflect this.
I think by this point, the Touhou and Yukkuri fandoms are two separate beasts with only the most tangential of links. Pretty easy for fanon pairings to be forgotten/ignored, especially when one of the partners is one of 3(4?) predators in yukkuridom.
It's a bit like why Patchoulis hang out more with Marisas, Reimus and Alices than with her SDM peers, since a great deal of the SDM based yukkuris are either predators, or they have an ambigous situation (Sakuya) or they are outcasts/discriminated/bullied (Meilings) so in the end that makes a proper "SDM group" of yukkuris to be a rare occurence and maybe because of being pets.
Pairing with predators are ussually left out or barely thought over (either same species, flans or asexual reproduction). Actual pairing pics of them are very low (around 1-2 pages) compared to others. It's more like seeing pairings with remilia's in it in general is rare rather than which type of yukkuri they have as mate.
