    So what exactly is the teruyov? Is it anything in particular or is it just the sleeping Kaguya? Just wanted to know before I tag any other Kaguyas like this.

    I think the tag is mistaken. Kaguya's yukkuri alter ego is named "Teruyo", with no "v". I advice renaming them.
