Well some artist do bodied yukkuri close to human like with only their heads shaped slightly like their manjuu self, but only slightly.

If you check the chen, you'll realize her head is bigger than normal, check the blank space between the locks of hair next to the ear with the ring on it. Either that is proof that Chen is bodied yu, or Kiriraita forgot to properly define the head in that blank part.

Maybe not that difficult. Just that most of the time I just read something and translate it straight to meaning instead of my own language, so looking for the equivalent is not so easy.

In Japanese it says 'tamatteru', which in this context, has the connotation of something piling up (like sexual tension, stress).
