If its anything like the trucks in Japan, it's about the size of a beachball.... not THAT large but larger than the "soccer-ball" sizes we normally have.

It's just a way of naming it, there is no official yu-chart, but the general use of "yu sizes" is the one I told you. Sometimes they are a bit smaller, sometimes they are a bit bigger, but in general that's how authors work their sizes like.
At least with normal yukkuris, house yu's and such don't count on this.

If by "wiki" you are referring to the wikia site, that site has been abandoned for a long time now. A lot of information there are inaccurate.
OYP has yet to update a proper guide, but everything that's necessary should already be posted. The size_chart tag would be a good start to look for comparison charts.

Indeed, I forgot about those tags but there are various charts with sizes, they vary depending of the author, but they are interesting and a good base for getting a visual idea of the yukkuris size difference.
