Actually you can tell a difference, Deibus are those fat or semi fat kinda ugly chicks that mistakenly think themselves as gorgeous and are smug as fuck (I had the sad experience of metting way too many of those).

A Dosu Reimu is probably either a Big Measures Big Sis or a H Manga MILF (Aka Massive assets).

Makes sense to be seen as a "maternal" figure. After all, average yukkuri have the belief that wherever there is a dosu, they can take it easy.
