'after saying(teaching) human is the most dangerous thing?'
Last panel; Humans are full of weak points; - They hate? bugs. - They hate? grasses/weeds. - Always busy, can't 'take it easy'. - (they need) mr.shoe? otherwise they can't be on mr.floor?ground? - Just once (they) can 'take it easy' 'negura'?ly? , (it was when) they were in (made of)/stone(-work) cage only.
I added the translation based on buyt's post (with some adjustments) but overall the whole comic seems straight forward. An adult yukkuri lecturing a child on why yukkuris are superior to humans.
Keep calm, have a drink first. No need to take all yukkuri said as insult, it makes you sound like human supremacist. Read the next pages first. She's not claiming yukkuri is more better than human.
Marisa had a point. Compared to animals, human are weaker. Animals can survive harsher condition, have stronger body and built-in weapon. Average human against average beast. What we have is brain to think, ability to develop and use tools, and gang up to put on vengeance. We also change the nature to make it convenient.
And to those who doesn't notice, this is a parody of a scene in Hellsing when Integra's father is explaining to her why vampires are so scary. Vampires are full of weaknesses: they're afraid of sunlight, weak against silver, holy water, garlic. They can't cross huge body of flowing water by themselves. So why are they so scary ? They can regenerate, they're almost immortal, they can turn peoples into ghoul, they can control shadow and change into familiars ? No, those are icing to the cake.
They're just ridiculously powerful, and brutal. This is the same conclusion Marisa told the little Marisa. It's not just human lie to them, not afraid to any of yukkuri's weapon or all that. They're powerful, and they don't hesitate in using that power.
*Edit: Deleted my previous stuff since the translation clearly gives a way different idea than the original one and I clearly misinterpreted the whole thing*
While the story did change and I clearly misinterpreted it originally, old Marisa still sound too serious yukkuri logic about what she claims that are human weak points.
When using "yukkuri logic" I prefer it to be used in a more stupid funny way, instead of the "serious bussiness" way, basically more "humans aren't as cute as yukkuris so they don't deserve vegetables like cute yukkuri!" than "A human weakspot is them not liking bugs! (wrong)" you know to lower the bothersome nature of the mistaken logic.
Doesn't help that the weak points arguments sound a bit like the typical "anti civilization" folks argument about non survivalist humans "weakness", so it irked me out of resemblance.
Translations sure do change things. But its still a flawed logic.
By Marisa's logic, cats are even worse. Cats toy with their prey. They hunt, stalk and kill for entertainment (and food). They don't (necessarily) run away when threatened. They're (usually) bigger than their prey and have more weapons/tools/claws/teeth. Worst of all, they don't even understand human/yukkuri speech so you might once in a blue moon come across a human you can talk into letting you go but you'd never come across a cat you can talk into letting you go once its attention is on you.
And the only place they can take it easy is inside the stone boxes they buildSo, do you know why humans are so scary ?Do you know what is the scariest monster of them all...They hate Mister Bugs, They hate Mister Weeds, They're always busy and uneasy, They can't walk on Mister Ground without protecting their feetLittle One ?Yes, that's true. Little One, yukkuri's enemy is HumanHumans are full of weak points.......Humans
