"A noticeable lack of yukkuri"? There are obvious yukkuri references in the first panel of this page. 「ゆっくりして逝ってね!!!」 ("Yukkuri shite yutte ne!!!") means "Die slowly(easy)!!!" Both the head and the yuurei exaggeration have the yukkuri faces.
That is normally used when there are no actual yukkuri on the picture. For example, someone laying on the ground and looking like a Kaguya type would merit this tag unless a yukkuri is in the picture.

There should at least be a "yukkuri_reference" or "shout_out" tag... or something better in relation.
