But they can't reach or push it out. Unfortunately, it's also difficult for other yukkuri to pull it out, not as easy as stuffing it in. Using stick would of course, risk tearing their skin.

Bloating up totally doesn't seem logical if they don't take more food in. But... pastries.
About the stuck acorn itself. If it's done by human or adult yukkuri, it's possible that the acorn can't be removed safely. These are younger koyukkuri, so even human would need to be experienced to remove it without tearing the thinner skin. But I doubt younger yukkuri is strong enough to push it deep enough that it can't be pulled out by adult yukkuri at very least.
