    So, I guess this guy is supposed to be the abyuse farm guy (or possibly just random exterminator).

    That lady is the lady from the story earlier with the Alice who was killed by the house yus.

    You mean man that have yukkuri park tricking dosu by trap her inside and got dissolved by heavy rain ?

    Observer's sister ever had a store? I didn't know that.
    AFAIK, Setsuna (her name) only had a bodied Flan and a smaller Reimu, and never did any businesses.

    I'm fairly sure there's some art of Setsuna working at the pet store, as the clerk.

    Yes, she has her bodied Flan and a House Yu Reimu (that's why she's so tiny). They also have the small 'village' in his backyard of decent gutter trash to nicehead (Flan brings those she finds around the city to live there).
