What is the "glossy eye" syndrome?

It's just a phrase referring to the tendency to draw koyukkuri eyes different from its mother's eyes, to the point where they look more like marbles. It was referenced mostly in the beginning, since faded from use.

I think it's just traumatized, not blind.
