I wonder why artists use what looks like MSPaint? They are good enough to make me think they would be aware of free and better programs for cleaner drawings. Probably hardware limitations?

I don't think you can do this with ms paint, it's probably a pressure-sensitive brush without antialiasing And there's nothing wrong with that, the crispiness of the lines make for an interesting style
