Lately Marisa types have been targeted by abuse, Why? i don't understand ;_;

They and Reimus are the go to abyuse target by default.

In universe it's just because of population, since Marisas and Reimu are as common as dirt and as likely to have a bad or trigger one.

In META, I dunno, people are lazy or just like to draw Reimus and Marisas more?

Because all Marisas are trash and all Reimus must be treated as princesses, obviously.

Two most popular Touhou characters? Myon looks easier to draw than Reimu to me.

Coincidence or not, abusing Marisa is the one I like to see most. Of course I like when a different type gets f* up, but Marisa is my favorite. Especially when the artist makes them look stupid lol

Lazy as in "well it's the archetypical pair so I may as well just use those.", not so much about being easier to draw, just the usual default type of pastry golems to pick when you want to write a yukkuri story and you really don't care much about the type.

I wish it was "lazy" as in "can't be bothered to draw complex designs".
