I'm not sure if I got it right, but it seems that when brainstorming about how could the little one die after sneezing, Mister said it could be pollen allergy and so the two yukkuri thanks to the power of belief develop pollen allergy.
The last panel seems to allude to the spreading of pollen allergy among stray yukkuri.
