This is like, the first-ever story of takumi (at least it appeared to be on Pixiv), so don't ask why the style is weird.
Is Takumi a professional artist? Do you know any his works besides his yukkuri? I searched on e*h*nt*i and none is not yukkuri. Ironically, Big.g's h*ntai is so-so while his yukkuri story is excellent.
For all we know, he might be. It's not uncommon for people to use different usernames/pen-names, especially when doing stuff like yukkuri. I don't remember who it was anymore, but I've read somewhere about some famous guy/gal who used a different name to draw some heavy guro while in the meantime he/she was releasing a moderately popular comic. Also, some people are really good at having multiple styles for different works; takumi might be one of them, so even if it's the same person you'd never know.

The only weird thing I see is the poorly drawn Marisa in the cover page, to be honest.
